Yasmeen Abbass is a Lebanese-American self-taught illustrator based in Michigan. Her work primarily focuses on portraits. She centers the beauty of brown and black skin and the untold stories of marginalized communities. As she evolves, her work continues to grow with her.
She primarily works with digital tools but gravitates towards palettes and brushes that mimic the warmth and textural quality of analog mediums.
When she's not creating or sipping coffee, she's immersed in video games and music and eagerly anticipating Halloween.

All-encompassing shop of art and art products by me, Yasmeen Abbass! My shop has a mix of manufactured and handmade goods.
SUSTAINABILITY
I am constantly trying to make my shop/shipping as environmentally friendly as possible!
I reuse a lot of shipping materials that come my way, so you may see some plastic wrap, cardstock, or cardboard that is a little rough.
Unfortunately, plastic packaging is necessary/unavoidable for some of my items.
While I am not completely plastic-free, I am constantly making changes within my capabilities to achieve a more eco-friendly shop!
